When you give him the chip, he’ll upgrade the securitrons at The Strip, then give it back to you and send you to the other side of the map with it. You can betray him on this quest. Doesn’t affect anything. In every main quest route, you do get warning, that going further on that faction route, removes other options.6 Aug 2019
